At Black Bridge Management, we bridge the gap between ownership and opportunity. We are a boutique, Black- and woman-owned firm rooted in the mission of wealth preservation through smart, intentional real estate management.

Founded by Ladi Goldwire, a Florida Licensed Realtor and Florida-licensed Community Association Manager (CAM64988), the firm is led by a professional who also holds General Contractor and Building Code Administrator licensure.

 

Black Bridge Management brings more than two decades of experience spanning real estate, construction, and community association management.
